Obituary

James (Jimmy) Francis Maple, age 85, passed into Heaven on July 12, 2023 at St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in his honor at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in John Day. Interment will follow at St. Andrews Catholic Church in Canyon City. Memorial contributions may be made to Mount Angel Abby through Driskill Memorial Chapel, 241 S. Canyon Blvd., John Day, Oregon 97820
